Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for refund.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• The "DO NOT REMOVE ME" tag must be fully attached and intact
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

❗️We cannot accept returns if the tag has been removed, tampered with, or cut off — no exceptions.

What Can Be Returned

✅ Full-price items

✅ Pre-order items

✅ Discounted items (unless marked as final sale)

What Cannot Be Returned

❌ Items without the tag

❌ Items worn or visibly used

❌ Final sale products (clearly stated as such on the product page)

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hello@licence-poetique.com with:

• Order number
• Reason for return

2. We will send you return instructions

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with the refund in 7/10 days

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
