1. General Information
Licence Poétique is a swimwear brand operating through www.licence-poetique.com. All our pieces are handmade or produced in limited quantities to preserve quality and uniqueness.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms, which may be updated periodically.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and fit may vary slightly due to screen calibration and natural variations in handcrafted items.
Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. The contract is finalized when your item is shipped and a dispatch confirmation is issued.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pre-Order Terms
We offer a pre-order option for selected items.
- A 5% deposit is required to reserve your items.
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time until July 25th. In case of cancellation, the 5% deposit is non‑refundable.
- On July 25th, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your original payment method. Pre-orders benefit from an exclusive 10% discount, applied to the total at the time of final payment.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after July 25th, as they will enter the fulfillment process.
- Pre-order items are expected to be ready by the first week of August, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.
- Pre-orders are subject to our standard return policy once delivered.
